For the venue itself, Sunset Bluff can seat up to 150 wedding guests. Sunset Bluff also has boats to rent, where you can enjoy a leisurely cruise on Hamlin Lake or take advantage of the terrific fishing. Right next door is Victory Park with some terrific hiking trails. The Upper Hamlin Lake area is very quiet, so you can rest assured that your reunion and/or retreat will be private, surrounded by wooded beauty.

Ludington is just a few miles from Sunset Bluff Resort and home to Stearns Park Beach and the North Breakwater Light. The S.S. Badger carferry sails from May-October from Ludington to Manitowoc, and various events take place during the spring, summer and fall. Enjoy the downtown shops and restaurants, or visit the Ludington State Park, the most popular state park in the Midwest. Other communities within a 30 minute drive include the Victorian city of Manistee to the north, the charming artsy village of Pentwater and the Silver Lake Sand Dunes to the south.
